In mailbox sorry sir there is no option for synced any email .you can send email anywhere. but you only get the email who send the email from using the system if you want to integrate the email like outlook you have to customize it. email integration only for leads and tickets system actually leads and it is filtering keywords. if you have a single email address link company@abc.com for everything.communication, help, support, tickets, leads for all so what will be the keywords searching for leads into company@abc.com and what will be the subject. if you get an email from an email the subject is new leads the cronjob searches your email which is integration with your email integration if you find the subject they will convert the email into leads hope you understand.
